Dancers focus on expressive movement and modern dance techniques and styles. Concepts of overcurve/undercurve, contraction/release, musicality and rhythm are explored. The class incorporates an eclectic blend of contemporary dance movement for a style that is physical and unique. |

This class is beneficial for dancers and non-dancers alike, with techniques based on concepts and exercises that improve flexibility, strength and coordination. It involves muscular toning exercises with deep stretches to create long, lean muscles and help facilitate correct spinal alignment for dancers, thus enabling greater ease of movement. |

Students are introduced to foundational jazz technique and basic jazz choreography. As an introductory class, students will be instructed on coordination, placement and flexibility. Skills are broken down and taught for complete comprehension. |

Strengthens jazz technique and develops style and stamina through choreography. This class is designed to help the student solidify basic skills as well as challenge them with new moves. Flexibility, proper placement, strength and over-all conditioning is the focus. Turns, Leaps and Tricks will be worked on at a consistent rate. |

Dancers are introduced to fun, energetic movement to upbeat music that will make you sweat. With the integration of R&B, pop and lock, break dancing and street jazz, students are able to learn choreography that facilitates stylistic dance. The class is geared towards dancers of all levels, from a hip hop novice to an experienced mover. |
