The Membership Committee will receive all new applications and verify the information. The Membership Committee may contact the applicant, committee chairpersons, or other appropriate persons, for confirmation of information stated on the application. The application will be handled in a timely manner. The verified application goes to the Board of Directors for approval/denial.

Vanguardian Committee

The Vanguardian Committee handles the task of producing the newsletter for the organization. "The Vanguardian" is published multiple times throughout the year and keeps boosters, fans, and alumni up-to-date with current events, featured articles, and other important information. Once the issue is printed, help is always needed to fold and address the issues to prep them for mailing. If you are interested in helping out, or are interested in sending in newsworthy information or suggestions including good digital images, please contact Mike at the above email address.

Bingo Committee

The Bingo Committee meets monthly on the last Sunday immediately following the Bingo session to review applications for Bingo Sponsorship and deal with problems regarding compliance of the Bingo requirement for the corps members. They also offer sugggestions for the upgrade and improvement of the Bingo operations - from the player's point of view.
